As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a Dynamics Finance and Operation Business Analyst to become an integral part of our IT team. As the primary functional expert for our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP solution, you will play a critical role in aligning technology with our business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to efficiently managing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 to meet the functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary expert for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system
  • Acts as a link between business users and IT, collaborating with ERP partners and suppliers
  • Translate business needs into specs for Dynamics 365, automating processes when suitable
  • Identify Dynamics 365 improvements and external system needs, considering user needs and impacts
  • Develop test plans, verifies new capabilities, and assist with SaaS platform changes
  • Project lead or contribute to multiple projects, while also driving solutions adoption
  • Demonstrate, train, and encourage solutions adoption to internal stakeholders at TECHNIA
  • Manage business process redesign, documentation, and compliant implementations
  • Document and execute integration activities during mergers and acquisitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, business administration, or equivalent work experience in the Business Unit
  • Five or more years of experience in a similar role, including 3 or more large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O solution implementations
  • Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven project management abilities with a track record of successfully handling multiple projects
  • In-depth knowledge of business process redesign and documentation
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Finance Functional certifications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, as well as an understanding of related tools like SQL / Azure Data Factory & Logic Apps / Power BI / Power Automate are highly meriting

You will report with a direct line to the COO. We would prefer to have this position based in Stockholm, but other locations in Sweden or Europe could be possible for the right candidate (Karlsruhe or Milton Keynes).
